Elder Prairie December Workday
This volunteer workday we will be focusing on reestablishing trails around the pond at Elder Prairie. The work will involve clearing overgrown trees and shrubs to restore the trails for future events like bird surveys and plant walks.
What to Expect: Volunteers will use loppers, hand tools, and a brush mower for heavier tasks. NPAT will supply tools, but if you have your own loppers or sturdy cutting tools, feel free to bring them.
What to Bring:
- Long pants and long sleeves
- Sturdy boots or shoes
- Gloves (extras will be available if needed)
