Northumberland Joy of Christmas Fair Exhibitors 2026

Northumberland Joy of Christmas Fair 2026 is being held at Linden Hall, Longhorsley on Saturday 12th, and Sunday 13th December 2026.

Now in its thirteenth year, our annual Christmas Fair has become the jewel in our fundraising crown. Last year the weekend attracted visitors who enjoyed browsing over 70 stalls from local artisan companies. 

If you are a local artisan business looking to reach a wider audience, why not  join us this year and be part of this unique shopping experience? Not only will you get some great exposure, but you will also be directly contributing towards the delivery of HospiceCare's nursing services.

Exhibitor space is £75 per space, per day, downstairs and £65 upstairs. 

Price includes a 6ft table, white tablecloth, and an exhibitor chair, all set up for you ahead of your arrival.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing.

No refund is possible if the cancellation is made less than one month before the event date. Notification of more than one month will result in a 50% refund. A full refund is available for cancellations within 14 days of your order, provided it is placed before 1st September 2026.

Allocation of spaces
Allocation of spaces at the venue is at the sole discretion of the HospiceCare Fundraising team.
